Triggers. We all have ‘em. And if you don’t know what your triggers are, it’s time to find out. Triggers attach themselves to our behaviors (good and not so good). And we tend to associate those behaviors with feelings….many of which we’d rather avoid. One of my most cherished (ha!) triggers? REJECTION. If I feel like I’m being rejected I tend to hide, eat Cheeto’s and annihilate my progress towards healthy goals. Sound familiar?
